Finally Friday

As I sit here at work, I'm thinking what is in store for this weekend. There isn't anything to see at the movies. Noah doesn't want to see the movie "Igor". I do have to clean the back yard. There are a lot of spider webs to take down. Humm.... I kind of have an itch to go out, but now we have an entertainment budget that we must stick too. We can't go over that amount.

Lately, my husband has really been watching the news about the election. I'm rather suprised because I have always been the news buff. I'm glad he has taken in interest, it certainly makes great conversations.

I talked to my friend, Martha about our Halloween costume. We might be the DreamGirls. She wants to be Jennifer Hudson, our other friend wants to be Beyonce, so I get to be the girl no one remembers. Isn't that something? I thought about it and I'm the nobody. Oh well, we still have time to change our mind.

Kids are funny. Noah told me the other day I was his hero. I don't think he knows what that means, but I was so happy when he said it. Of course, the next day he said I was a platypus. I'll leave you with a picture of my beautiful son, Noah.

Tony's Party

This was a nice weekend. We celebrated my brother's b-day at my brother-in-law's house. Everyone had a great time. We had food and drinks. All of my brothers & sisters took a shot together. I took a very small one. All in all we had a great time. Of course, there were some who were paying for it later. I won't say any names, but they know who they are.

Of course, there was some drama. My sister & bro-in-law are not together anymore but they are still friends. They both brought someone to the party. Unfortunately, my bro-in-law's friend lost her shoe that night. She was dancing with another one of our friends and he got mad at her and supposedly threw her shoe over the back fence. Not cool at all, especially when the shoes cost $60.00.
